Shipping Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday thru Friday.  We only offer USPS shipping. We do not ship on Weekends and holidays. Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

Any order placed after hours or the weekend, will be processed and shipped the following business day. 

Unfortunately after we drop packages off at the USPS, we are not liable for any carrier losses or damages.  If this occur please contact USPS. 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the tracking number provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.

A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, USPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.
